PostSparkAI is an AI tool that generates social media and e-commerce content using Google Gemini. Output quality is not guaranteed – always review before posting.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for spam, illegal content, or hate speech
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service
• Resell generated content as your own without disclosure (be transparent when required by law/platform)

3. Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are managed by Lemon Squeezy
• Paid plans: 14-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked)
• After 14 days: no refunds, but you can cancel anytime

4. Limits & Fair Use

• Free tier: 10 generations/month
• Paid tiers have generation limits (Starter 300, Pro 1,000, Unlimited = fair-use policy)
• Abuse (e.g., bots, extreme usage) may result in throttling or termination

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use.

7. Governing Law

Argentina (without regard to conflict of law principles).
